After tugging our heartstrings with the emotional story of father and son in Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju, the upcoming musical entertainment Fanney Khan starring Anil Kapoor is all set to present a heartwarming father-daughter story.

Fanney Khan presents the story of a father played by Anil Kapoor playing a taxi driver who struggles hard to make his daughter a singing sensation.

The trailer showcased Anil Kapoor saving from his everyday income to make a music album for his daughter Lata played by debutante actress Pihu Sand.

Anil Kapoor plays Fanney Khan, who was an aspirational singer but ends up being an entertainer only in his locality, however, he dreams of making his daughter a singer.

The film also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as a singing sensation named Baby Singh while rajkummar Rao plays her love interest.

A one of its kind musical comedy, Fanney Khan revolves around the bond between the father and daughter with a pinch of comedy and drama.

Fanney Khan is Atul Manjerekar's debut film as a director.
