The Shaad Ali directorial which is inspired by hockey legend Sandeep Singh's story is having a rock-steady run at the Box Office with a total collection of 28.26 Cr.

After a very strong week 1 and collecting a total of 21.21 Cr, Positive word of mouth, and inspiring story has definitely got viewers to cinema Hall to watch Soorma this weekend as Soorma has had a very stable 2nd week with a total of 7.05 crores. The inspirational story Sandeep Singh continues to strike a chord with the audience.

'Soorma' starring Diljit Dosanjh in the titular role of renowned Indian hockey player Sandeep Singh has hit the right note amongst the fans. Based on the real-life of how this hockey star braved all odds to get back to the game strikes a memorable impression on viewers' mind.

It is almost after a decade that an Indian film has released in Kuwait without any cuts or mutes and also in territories across Pakistan.
