It is a known fact that actor Varun Dhawan has a huge fan following among kids and the youth owing to his massy entertainers. But, with films like October the actor has revamped his own image, which is working for him.

According to a source, "Usually, you have the popular massier brand associate themselves with Varun. They are usually more youth-friendly. But now, the brands are seeing a different side to the actor after the unconventional choices that he's making in his career. Among the younger actors, he is leading in the brand space and discussions with a few other corporates are also in place currently."

The actor also prefers shooting with ad filmmakers. Varun feels that the makers who have already directed a few ads have a thorough understanding of the commercial and brand value. Varun recently shot for a commercial with Shashanka Ghosh who started off as an ad filmmaker.
