The young talented actor, who has worked across Theatre, Ads, and Films - shot to sensational fame with a stupendous performance in his first web series TVF Tripling as the carefree DJ Chitvan. The young audience has been in love with his boyish charms and comic timing. With 'Home', Amol explores a more serious side of himself as an actor and is seen sharing screen space with veteran actors like Annu Kapoor, Parikshit Sahni, and Supriya Pilgaonkar. 'Home' focuses on a middle-class family that stands to lose their house because it has been deemed illegal by the state. Amol plays the young son who gives up on his own dreams and joins the family to save the house by fighting against the system.
The first 6 episodes of the show have been launched on the digital platform, and it has been getting great reviews from critics and audiences alike who couldn't stop praising the show. While the whole cast is terrific in the show, Amol's performance as Vansh Sethi is especially notable, as this is his first serious drama, and he stands solid ground in front of great co-actors like Annu Kapoor and Supriya Pilgaokar.
Amol is quite overwhelmed by the great response coming his way and the fact that he has proved his versatility as an actor working with stalwarts. Amol says `The response has been phenomenal. I have been getting a lot of messages about how people are loving the show, and my character Vansh. I got a chance to work with a great script and character and on top of that a terrific team of makers and co-actors, so I was always confident that we were onto something good. I am glad that the show has met all expectations and touched people's hearts in this way. I am much more excited about the second half of the show, the next 6 episodes that are going to be released soon. The story will take more interesting turns and there is more focus on how Vansh and the young brigade decide to take matters in their own hands.`
Amol has been enjoying a golden run on the internet with all his shows hitting the mark with the audience and we are very excited to see more of him in 'Home' and his upcoming offerings.
