The leading lady of the film Parineeti Chopra also shared the same posters.
'Kesari' is based on the famous Battle of Saragarhi which was fought in the rugged mountains of North-West Frontier Province 120 years ago, but it still continues to inspire countless soldiers across the world. It's an epic event of the bravery of 21 soldiers of 36th Sikhs (now the 4th Battalion of the Sikh Regiment) pitted against 10,000 Pashtun Orakzai tribals in September 1897.
Produced under the banner of Zee Studios in the association of Dharma Productions, Cape of Good Films and Azure Entertainment, Kesari is being directed by Anurag Singh. The film is slated to release on 21st March 2019.
