'Traffic Signal' another hard hitting movie depicting the life of street children would have real characters in it, the first of its kind experiment, Madhur Bhandarkar told here.
Madhur, known for taking up topical issues in his movies like 'Chandni Bar', said 'Signal' would be another attempt to portray plight of children often seen at traffic signals. He has cast Konkana Sen Sharma again, though in a different role -- that of a prostitute.
'Traffic Signal' has another unique element in the film with Sudhir Sharma, the director of 'Hazaar Khwahishen Aisi', playing villain in the movie. Earlier also, some real life characters were cast in 'Page 3' and 'Chandni Bar'.
Bhandarkar, who is here in connection with a cine star talent hunt being hosted by Zee, said being a judge on a talent hunt show was an exciting experience and it would enrich him as a film director.
After the release of Signal, Madhur plans to take a shot at fashion and glamour world with yet another 'reality' film tentatively titled 'Fashion'. The script work on this film was in the progress and it was likley to go on floors in March-April, he said.
