The makers of the film released the trailer of the film yesterday and actress Sara Ali Khan has been trending.
Abhishek Kapoor feels that Sara was ideal for this film and is a perfect actor to work with.
Sara is the daughter of actor Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, and her debut is much-awaited with Kedarnath, a love story set against the holy temple town of Kedarnath.
According to the director, he sometimes becomes very aggressive on the sets while shooting and still the actress doesn't lose her calm and patiently listens to her.
When asked Abhsiehk about it he said, "I am a crazy guy on the set, I can scream because I have a schedule, a budget I have so much to pack in. I get really agitated and want things done and she just looks me in the face and says, 'Okay sir can you please explain it to me again' and even when I am screaming she will have a level tone and as the kind of director I am she is a perfect actor to work with. I feel really privileged to introduce her in Kedarnath."
The much-awaited trailer of the ambitious project of Abhishek Kapoor "Kedarnath" was launched in Mumbai on Monday.
The event was attended by the leading pair Sara Ali Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput along with the director Abhishek Kapoor and producers Pragya Kapoor and Ronnie Screwvala.
Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, the film goes with the tagline 'Love is pilgrimage' and mainly revolves around the 14 kilometre-long journey from Gauri Kund to the Kedarnath shrine.
