He may have been dismissed as a non-actor, but Saif Ali Khan has succeeded in making a mark as an actor. His sterling performances in films like Dil Chahta Hai and Rehana Hai Tere Dil Mein have been appreciated. And if you thought he is trying to cash in on his growing popularity then you are wrong coz he has nodded to do just two films—J P Dutta's LoC and Ajay Chandok's Nehle Pe Dehla.

The Best Supporting Actor Award has only been testimony to his credentials as an actor. Last week for the first time Saif performed on stage to the Dil Chahta Hai number – Woh ladki hai kahan, and as he puts it, "There was a feeling of elation. What do you expect when you have 50,000 people screaming your name." Saif is looking forward to do more stage shows. Though last year has been fruitful for him as an actor, Saif feels that it was just another year. "I didn't do anything much! Okay, I won an award but that is expected out of actors isn't it! Of course, it does make me feel nice. But I have a lot more to do!" Sure Saif, better late than never.
