According to reports, Shah Rukh met the producers of his upcoming film, the Rakesh Sharma biopic titled 'Salute', and insisted that they start shooting earlier than planned. Earlier the film was supposed to go on floors in May 2019 but now SRK has convinced the producers and it might go on floors in February 2019.
The report also revealed that producer Siddharth Roy Kapur was of the same opinion to start the film as soon as possible to ensure that the production gets wrapped on time and doesn't extend to result in massive over-budgets.
In Salute, SRK is going to play the character of Rakesh Sharma, the first Indian citizen to enter space when he flew aboard the Soviet rocket Soyuz T-11. Sharma spent 7 days, 21 hours and 40 minutes aboard the Salyut 7.
