With two more days before the New Year dawns, the movers and shakers of the small screen have spelt out their new year resolutions.

Arjun Punj and Gurdip Kohli, the celebrity couple in 'Nach Baliye 2', said, ''We would prefer not to travel as of late we have been travelling a lot. So as of now we will celebrate with a couple of friends. Our resolution for the new year is that since we have recently got married and things are going fine as of now, we would try and lead a good married life.''

Pulkit Samraat, who plays the character of 'Lakshya' in the leading soap opera 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi,' says, ''The best way to celebrate any occasion is to be with family and friends. So, for the New Year I will go to Dubai and celebrate the evening with my parents and will also shop a lot.

My new year resolution is that I will try to get rid of my back problem and will also try to stop others from complaining about others to me and me to others. But I also believe that resolutions are meant to be broken, so would try to do these by actually keeping the resolution part aside.''

Naman Shaw, who essays the role of 'Nakul' in 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi,' says, ''Well, if I don't go to Goa, which is likely, I will go to Kolkata, my hometown and celebrate new year with my family. My resolution is that I have promised myself that I will start going to the gym regularly.''

Suhasi Garodia, who is 'Urmi' in another soap opera 'Aek Chabhi Hai Padoss Mein' says, ''I will most probably travel to Pune and celebrate my new year with my friends there. My resolution is, I will definitely work harder and give a lot of interviews.''

Parakh Madan, the 'Suman' from 'Saathi Re', says, ''For the New Year, I am going home to Delhi and will spend the evening with family and friends. My resolution is that I always make short-term achievable goals so that I can move on to the next goal once the first is accomplished. I will take life as it comes to me.''

Gautam Rode, the 'Parth' from 'Betiyaan Apni Ya Paraya Dhan', says, ''For the new year, I will go out of Mumbai with my family and a couple of friends. We have, however, not decided where to go. My new year resolution is that in the New Year I would love to learn different forms of dancing.''

Gauri Nigudkar, the 'Krishna' again from 'Betiyaan Apni ya Paraya Dhan', says, ''For the new year I will spend time with my friends and family in Mumbai itself. My resolution is that I will regularly do yoga in the New Year and would try to improve my work.''

Sanjit Bedi, the 'Mahesh' from 'Kasautii Zindagi Ki and Mohit Kapadia from 'Kumkum', said, ''We have taken off till January 1, so we will be with a couple of close friends and family. Our resolution is that we will quit smoking, since it feels bad when kids look up to you.''
