As RSVP'S Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota and Dharma' Kesari are inching closer to lock horns, Abhimanyu Dassani gave a shout-out to Akshay Kumar on a post of the latter's social media.

Abhimanyu Dassani has been spreading his charm all over Instagram as he is plugging in dialogues from his debut film in comments of celebrities.

In sync with Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota's theme, Akshay Kumar shared pictures from an event where he lit himself up with fire. Applauding the Khiladi, Abhimanyu said, "Always taking it to the next level @akshaykumar sir! 🙏🤗😇 #Mardkodardnahihota".

The debutant also took over the social media post by Zoya Akhtar gimmicking Ranveer Singh. As Ranveer Singh has his face covered, Abhimanyu said, "Paani kaise piyoge???Kyun ki paani toh peete rehna chahiye!"

Pranutan who is also making her debut this month with Notebook posted a picturesque glimpse of Kashmir and fell prey to Abhimanyu's quirky comments. The actor said, " #MardKoDardNahiHota but I have feelings too 😝"

Even before it hits the screens in India, the Vasan Bala directorial has won big across international film festivals.

The makers further added a quirk to the already maniacally baffling trailer by engaging with a URI: The Surgical Strike connection.

Showcasing the story of a boy with congenital insensitivity to pain, Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota emerges at the Desi Deadpool.

Apart from emerging as the first Indian film to win the People's Choice Award under Midnight Madness at the Toronto International Film Festival, Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota also won the debut actor Abhimanyu Dassani the Best New Actor at the Macau Film Festival.

The Abhimanyu Dassani and Radhika Madan starrer also garnered love and accolades at MAMI Film Festival as it opened the coveted film fest. Internationally, the Ronnie Screwvala production collected praises from Stockholm Internally Film Festival, Paris International Film Festival, Palm Springs International Film Festival, 12th Annual Bollywood Film Festival in Honolulu, Glasgow Film Festival, Leiden International Film Festival, and the Dunlin International Film Festival.

Produced by Ronnie Screwvala under the banner of RSVP, Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota is written and directed by Vasan Bala. Starring Abhimanyu Dassani, Radhika Madan, Gulshan Devaiah, Mahesh Manjrekar and Jimit Trivedi, Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota is all set to hit the theatres on 21st March 2019.
