Miss Transqueen India is back with its third season in 2019. It is India's first beauty pageant for the transgender all over India which is organized by Reena Rai who is the founder and also the chairperson of Suhani Dream Catchers. Miss TransQueen India was born in 2017 which has now become a part of history. With loads of awards and even more appreciation from all over the country, this has now become an emblem of hope for the transgender folk.

Reena Rai began this platform in 2017, after a lot of thinking and working on ideas that can help empower them, the first beauty pageant took place. It became so successful that 1500 transqueens from almost every state of India participated which was a great success. Then it was the time of 2nd beauty pageant in 2018, with the help of The Lalit, Mumbai and others, Miss TransQueen India 2018 became a huge success. The show held marked the second year for Miss TransQueen India and the determination to help the trans-folk got even stronger. Reena Rai launched TransKing at the show and opened doors for all the Trans-Men of the world to participate in it. Now the third season has been launched whose registrations are open and auditions are beginning from June 1st, 2019. The Auditions will be held in various cities like Chandigarh, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi respectively. The finale will held in last week of August this year.

Reena Rai, Founder and Chairperson, Transqueen India says; I am extremely happy to launch of Miss Transqueen India 2019 season 3, after having two successful seasons in the past two years. It was really difficult to establish such a concept in society which was in support of a socially discarded community, I started this venture with literally no support but I am happy that it became successful initially. It makes me feel gratified that I am doing something to support this community who has always been discarded socially and are bound to beg and do odd jobs to earn their livelihoods but this a platform which gives them a recognition in the society.

Miss Transqueen India in association with Suhani Dream Catchers has laid this platform for all the transqueens to not only get recognized in India but also represent the country on an International platform like Ms.International Trans Queen. The winner in 2018 was Veena Senre who won 2nd Miss Transqueen India and in 2017 winner was Ms. Nitasha Biswas and the next title holder of 2019 is awaited. The success of ladder did not stop at this platform only, transqueens like Navya Singh won the news makers achiever award along with the title of Best Trans Model, 2019, Akansha Sarsir walked the ramp at Couture Runway Week, Namitha Ammu walked as the shows stopper in Feminine Fashion Week and bagged two Tamil movies and Deepanjali Chhetri represented India in Spain as the brand ambassador of football team TRNA.
