The long-running rivalry between Karisma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon suddenly assumed bitter overtones. What has got Lolo`s goat is the fact that Raveena has replaced her in two prestigious films — Madhur Bhandarkar`s Satta and Khalid Mohamed`s Tareekh.
Last week, Raveena had pipped veterans like Rekha and Madhuri Dixit to the Best Supporting Actress prize at the Star Screen Awards. And now, it`s Lolo. At this rate, Ravs must be making more enemies than friends.Both Satta and Tareekh had been announced with the Kapoor girl in the lead.
It rankles particularly because Karisma`s latest film, Haan... Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya, has lost its way at the box office. And now the disappointment of losing two roles she badly wanted to do.
