On the special occasion of Ranveer Singh's birthday, the makers of '83, have revealed the first look of the actor as legendary cricketer Kapil Dev, who lead the Indian cricket team to win 1983 cricket world cup.

Directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Phantom Films along with Reliance Entertainment and Nadiadwala Grand Sons the film is based on 1983 World Cup's glorifying match played and won by India.

The film is set to release in 2020.
