The video shows how it took weeks of practice for Hrithik Roshan to adapt to the accents and behavior of an average Bihari person to properly get into character. The video got an immense response from the fans and from Hrithik Roshan's peers from the industry.

In the video, we can see Hrithik Roshan practicing speaking in Bihari for hours at a stretch, and incorporating lifestyle changes to go as deep into character to properly essaying the role of Anand Kumar.
