Kanwalpreet Singh will be seen in a Bollywood flick "Gabru Gang". Playing Uday Singh, a smart, sophisticated, intelligent sardar, Kanwalpreet Singh was over the moon to be a part of the cast "Uday Singh is different. Usually sardars are audience favorite when it comes to comedy, sardars and jokes are synonym with each other. I am glad that I was offered Uday Singh, he is anything but funny. This role will pave a change for sardars in all the industries"

Produced under the banners of Omsuraj Production and Amritsar Talkies, the film has been co-produced by Sumit Goenka, Gaurav Saluja and Inder Puniya.

While Sunil Patel has been roped in as the DOP, Sunil Nigvekar is the production designer. Sandeep Nath has penned the lyrics and composed the music of the film, whose title track has been choreographed by Mudassar. The movie has been edited by Prashant Singh Rathore.
