/> British chancellor Gordon Brown paid a very special visit to Yashraj Studios on Friday evening.

Apart from Rani Mukherjee and Karan Johar, one of the very special invitees to meet the man who's possibly the next prime minister of Great Britain was of course Mr Bachchan who spent a good half an hour chatting with the Chancellor.

When it was time to give Gordon Brown a visual taste of Bollywood Yashraj Films decided to screen none other than their chart-ripping item song Kajra re from Bunty Aur Babli featuring father and son Bachchan with the soon-to-be daughter-in-law of the house Aishwarya Rai.

Says one of the invitees, "Mr Brown was completely enthralled by the Bachchans and Ash in Kajra re. In fact he seemed to want an encore. But there was no time for any other screening. Yashraj films chose this song and nothing else because to them, it epitomizes the best of Bollywood."

So taken up was the Chancellor by Kajra re that he rushed forward to shake Mr Bachchan's hand one more time and showered enthusiastic questions on the item song.
