When Ram Gopal Varma opted for Manisha Koirala, and not Urmila Matondkar, for a pivotal role in Company, the Maharashtrian actress, having been dumped by her mentor and friend, was written off by the media.

Urmi has now having the last laugh. Company is ready for an April release, but Manisha is nowhere in the picture. All the attention is being hogged by the two male leads, Ajay Devgan and Vivek Oberoi, who play rival underworld kingpins. A sneak peek at the film reveals that Manya has been accorded very little screen time in Company."I am very happy with the way my role has shaped up," snapped Manisha angrily to queries from the distributors. But the Nepali beauty went on to insinuate that Urmi could have had her role chopped.
