Ranveer Singh recently wrapped the extensive shoot for upcoming sport-drama '83'. Directed by Kabir Khan , '83' will chronicle the journey Indian Cricket Team that won their first cricket world cup. Ranveer Singh will play the Kapil Dev, captain of the team and Deepika Padukone will play Kapil Dev's wife Romi Bhatia. The film also stars Ammy Virk, Saqib Saleem, Jatin Sharma, Harrdy Sandhu, Jiiva, Tahir Shah Bhasin, Boman Irani, and Pankaj Tripathi.
'83' will get a theatrical release of April 10, 2020.
