Robert Pattinson Opens up on his Batman Casting
In his post 'Twilight' career, Robert Pattinson has carved a niche for himself by starring in various challenging projects such as 'Maps To The Star' (2011), 'The Rover' (2014),'Good Time'(2017) and 'High Life' (2018). However, it is only now that Pattinson has been given what could be a 'role to remember him by'.

Pattinson, who has been cast as the caped-crusader Batman for Matt Reeves upcoming 'The Batman' has opened up on how it's been for him. In conversation with 'Variety', the actor said that he was "F*** furious' when the news leaked. Pattinson was attending the Cannes Film Festival when the news broke out on the internet. He then became worried that the intent towards secrecy could land him in trouble, which much to his relief didn't happen.

Apart from Matt Reeves' 'The Batman', Pattinson has signed on to star in Christopher Nolan's espionage-thriller 'Tenet'. His performance in Robbert Eggers' 'The Lighthouse' has generated a well deserved Oscar buzz for the 33-year old actor. Next on the horizon for him are projects like 'The King' and 'Waiting For The Barbarians'.
