Tarantino's 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' Could Be a Netflix Series
For a while now, rumors about 'Once Upon a Time' series have been floating around. Tarantino has already presented 'The Hateful Eight' a mini-series treatment, and it has worked out well. Brad Pitt, recently gave teeth to these speculations. The actor has confirmed that he has discussed the possibility of 'Once Upon a Time' re-released as series with footage that was left on the editing floor.

Writer Kyle Buchanan in his recent tweet confirmed Tarantino's decision of presenting his uncut version in an episodic form, saying ` Brad Pitt confirmed that Tarantino's discussed a streaming version of ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD, that would expand the film into several episodes and add cut footage. `It's a pretty arousing idea,` Pitt told me.`

Tarantino has always been some who writes tons of material. He has done it with 'Kill Bill', 'The Hateful Eight' and 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood'. His latest movie initially clocking about four hours had to be cut down to somewhere near three hours before the Cannes premiere. If we are presented with the 'Once Upon a Time' mini-series, it will bring back a lot of what was left out from the movie such as James Marsden as Burt Reynolds, Damon Danny Strong as Dean Martin, Tim Roth as Jay Seberg's English butler, and more scenes involving Damon Herriman as Charles Manson and Julia Butters as Trudi Fraser.

For now, there's no word from Netflix.
