Prassthanam starring Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, and Manisha Koirala is building up a lot of curiosity among the fans since the launch of its trailer.

Director Deva Katta who has also helmed the original film recently mentioned that necessary changes were made in the script for the Bollywood version. He said, `The story of the film is and will be relevant at any given time, it is only the setting that has changed. Baba was the first person who connected with us as soon as the film released in Telugu. We had decided back then that we would do a film together. I'm glad to be able to remake this movie for Bollywood and work with an eclectic star cast.`

The film also stars Chunky Panday, Ali Fazal, Amyra Dastur and Satyajeet Dubey in pivotal roles.
