Fitness enthusiast Tiger Shroff followed a strict diet with no carbohydrates and apart from his regular workouts like Parkour, Martial Arts training and dancing, the actor also did deadlifts of 200kg, Chest press amongst many other at the gym.
Tiger Shroff who has always flaunted the jump round kick- his famous kick is visible in most of his dance moves and in one of the action sequences, the actor will use this kick in an action avatar.
Tiger has repeatedly, been known to acknowledge how action films have given him an identity and how he enjoys doing them thoroughly.
