Earlier this week, the nominees for the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke Award were announced and Amitabh Bachchan will be felicitated at a grand ceremony in the national capital during the national films awards ceremony.

On the account of the occasion, producer of 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy', Ram Charan took to social media to congratulate the living legend for getting selected as the recipient of the Dada Saheb Phalke Award.

Wishing Amitabh Bachchan on his recent victory, Ram Charan wrote, "Congratulations on the Dada Saheb Phalke Award @amitabhbachchan sir! Truly well deserved!! Thank you for being the entertainer that you are!!"


Recently, the pre-release event of Sye Raa took place which saw thousands of fans witness the grandeur of the grand event and were hyped about the film's release.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is a period drama based on the life of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who fought in what is known to be the first war of Independence against the British Rule in India. The movie features an ensemble cast of Shri Amitabh Bachchan, Dr. Chiranjeevi, Kichcha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu, Ravi Kishan, Nayanthara, Tamannaah and Niharika which makes the movie unmissable.

Produced by Ram Charan, Excel Entertainment and AA Films in association with Konidela Productions, SyeRaa Narasimha Reddy stars the GREATEST Indian ensemble cast of all times. The film is directed by Surender Reddy and is slated to release on 2nd October 2019.
