Now the news is coming that after Irrfan's Hindi Medium, another film of his is set to release in China. The name of the film is 'Madari' which was a social thriller film released in 2016. The film did an average business in India although it was appreciated by the critics.
Jimmy Sheirgill was also seen in a pivotal role alongside Irrfan in Madari. Regarding its release in China, Jimmy said that 'Madari is an important film for me and I am thankful to my producer and director who gave me the opportunity to work in this film. This film reflects the shortcomings of our society and I am very happy about its release in China. Roads are opening for Bollywood films in China and this is a good thing for our film."
Although the film's release date has not been finalized yet, it has a chance of being released in China by the end of the year. Madari was directed by Nishikant Kamat and the film was released in India on 22 July 2016.
