The film is based on the third battle of Panipat that took place on 14th January 1761 between Sadashiv Rao Bhau and Ahmad Shah Abdali. The trailer of the film will be releasing tomorrow.
Panipat stars Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, and Kriti Sanon in lead roles along with Padmini Kolhapure, Zeenat Aman, Mohnish Bahl, Nawab Shah and Kunal Kapoor in important roles. The film is scheduled to release on December 6th.
