Shahid Kapoor who will be seen next in Gowtham Tinnauri's 'Jersey' playing the role of a cricketer recently shared a video of himself prepping for the film on Instagram where the actor can be seen hitting the ball for a six.

Shahid is dressed in complete cricketing attire of a batsman and the actor is hitting the ball out of the park in a stylish way and fans are going crazy. Watch it here -

Jersey is a sports-drama film and it is the official Hindi remake of the Telugu film of the same name where Shahid Kapoor will be playing the lead role and the actor is teaming up with Mrunal Thakur for the first time.

The film is directed by Gowtham Tinnauri who helmed the original Telugu film and it is produced by Allu Arvind, Aman Gill, and Dil Raju. Jersey will be released on August 28th, 2020.
