After recording playback singers like Aatif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Mannan Shaah has recorded Arijit Singh for a song called 'Akhiyaan Milanvanga'. His other song is 'Main Woh Raat Hoon' in which he has recorded Ankit Tiwari. This is after a long time that Ankit Tiwari and Arijit Singh are singing in the same album.
Mannan also bestowed his voice for the song 'Ziddi Hai Dil' from 'Namaste England'.
Mannan Shaah is known for giving a different impact on his songs and this time newly he seems to be offering us something unconventional. Mannan recorded an Armenian Musician Rasa-Lila Buniatyan playing an Armenian folk instrument Qamancha. The sound of the instrument is used in one of the songs in the film. The composer also has recorded some very interesting singer for his songs in the film. The composer who is very selective about his projects hopes to recreate his magic again.
Mannan Shaah is known for using Indian Musical Instruments and recording live musical instruments for his compositions. He assisted Music Director Pritam for two years. He's a disciple of Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan.
In 2011, Mannan started his career as a singer with Vipul Amrutlal Shah's 'Kucch Luv Jaisaa' and lent his voice for two songs, 'Thoda Sa Pyaar' and 'Baadlon Pe Paon'. In 2013, he debuted in Bollywood as Music Composer with Commando: A One Man Army.[8] Later, Mannan composed music for films such as 'Commando 2:The Black Money Trail' (2017) and 'Namaste England' (2018). Shaah has composed the hit song Tere Dil Mein from Commando 2: The Black Money Trail, sung by Armaan Malik, was well received by the audience.
