This year Ajay Devgn is all set to bring his first-ever sports-drama film 'Maidaan' on the silver screen. This film is will be the biopic Syed Abdul Rahim who was the coach of the Indian National Football team in the 1950s and the early '60s. Maidaan has now got a new release date, Yes!, that's right. The film was earlier scheduled to release on November 27th this year, but has now been postponed and will hit the screens on December 11th. Bollywood critic Taran Adarsh shared the news on Twitter with the new poster of the film a while ago. Check it out -

Maidaan stars National Film Award-winning South Indian actress Priyamani opposite Ajay Devgn in the lead role along with Gajraj Rao, Boman Irani, Johnny Lever, and Rudranil Ghosh. Directed by Amit Ravindranath Sharma, the film is produced by Zee Studios, Boney Kapoor, Arunava Joy Sengupta, & Akash Chawla and It will release on December 11th this year.
