Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala's real life is marked by lots of controversy and drama just like his reel life is. The singer/composer has been in trouble in the past for his controversial remarks and songs. Trouble seems to be following Moosewala constantly as now the star has got a DDR filed against him for his remarks in his recent concert.
According to a newspaper report, in his live show in Dirba on February 9th during a kabaddi tournament in a stadium, Sidhu Moosewala used some objectionable language in front of a big crowd. He allegedly said, "Dasso Keeda Keeda Kaddna Hai, Gabru Jamanat Te Aaya Hoya Hai" (Punjab's youngster is out on bail, tell me whom should he set right).
The SHO of Dirba police station Sukhdeep Singh said the police have registered a DDR against Moosewala and they are discussing with their seniors what action needs to be taken in the case further in the matter. Notably, this is not the first time the singer has landed in legal trouble.
An FIR was registered against the singer last year for the questionable lyrics about a brave Punjabi woman warrior 'Mai Bhaago' in his song 'Jatti Jeone Morh Di' from Punjabi film Ardab Mutiyaran. Many political and religious groups had demanded severe punishment for Sidhu Moosewala and the composers of the song in the matter.
