After making a grand debut on Netflix with Karan Johar's segment on the anthology 'Lust Stories', Kiara Advani won hearts across the nation on the silver screen with 'Kabir Singh' and her recent Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, and Diljit Dosanjh starrer 'Good Newz'. And now, she is back on the digital space with another Karan Johar film 'Guilty'.

Karan Johar shared the poster of the film yesterday on twitter which focused on Kiara in a grungy, chic look, with a statement septum ring and blonde highlighted hair. Kiara plays a musician's girlfriend with a mind of her own, a character that she has earlier described as the antithesis of 'Preeti' in Kabir Singh. And the plot unfolds as a young woman from a small town accuses the college heartthrob (Kiara's boyfriend) of rape. Check out the trailer here:



The film is directed by Ruchi Narain and explores the different versions of truth that emerge when a small-town girl accuses the college heartthrob of rape, seen through the eyes of the musician girlfriend. It stars Kiara Advani, Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor, and Ashrut Jain, and is produced by Karan Johar, under the banner Dharmatic- the digital arm of his banner Dharma Productions. The film is slated to hit the streamer on March 6th.

Kiara's next release is Raghava Lawrence's 'Laxmmi Bomb', a remake of his 2011 Tamil hit Muni 2: Kanchana, in which she stars opposite Akshay Kumar. Apart from Laxmmi Bomb, Kiara has a number of interesting projects in her kitty, including the biopic of Kargil hero Captain Vikram Batra titled 'Shershaah', 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' 'and Indoo Ki Jawani'.
