Utsav 2020 has incorporated the burning issue of mental health awareness as its central theme, calling in 'Mind your Head'. Talking in tandem about the same, both the talents had extremely encouraging things to say to the students present there. Aashna said, "It is a wonderful theme and extremely relevant in todays times. We do get muddled up with daily chores of life and end up idnoring our mental health. It is important to indulge in varius forms of self care and try and maintain a balance in all aspects of life. It is good to see students coming out and discussing about the issue."
Sanket said, "One thing that comes to my mind when I hear 'Mind your head' is stay off negativities and let the space in your mind be filled with positive emotions and dreams that youre looking forward to fulfill. Sharing is important and discussions like this at college levels will make a huge difference in the lives of so many, im sure."
It was great to see the coming together and synergizing of more than 10,000+ students from colleges all over Mumbai, where they competed across various disciplines like sports, arts, culture, theatre, music, dance, films, technology and many more.
