After Baghban and Baabul, which is nearly complete, producer Ravi Chopra has cast Amitabh Bachchan in a third film. This time Chopra would not be directing the project personally. The film is being directed one of Chopra's associates Vivek Sharma.

A story about a man and a child, the film entitled Bhootnath would also feature Juhi Chawla in a pivotal role.

This would be AB's third film in two years where his main interaction would be with a child. In Sanjay Bhansali's Black and Apoorva Lakhia's Ek Ajnabee AB interacted very comfortably with child actors.

Says AB, "It's an interesting concept, and I couldn't say no to Ravi. We've known each other from the time I did Zameer for his banner more than three decades ago. Of course Baghban and Baabul have cemented my relationship with the Chopras."

Bhootnath planned as a quickie at year-end will bring AB together with Juhi who played his daughter in Suneel Darshan's Ek Rishta but has otherwise never worked with him.
