Rabb Da Radio was one of most appreciated movies in the Punjabi film industry. Following to that it's sequel Rabb Da Radio 2 was released om 29th March last year for which Simi Chahal's Guddi had won applause and had become a household name. Tarsem Jassar as Manjinder Singh too won many hearts for his character as the perfect gentleman and their chemistry was the talk of the town, as their screen presence was brilliant.

Amid lockdown, theaters and whole industry is closed so people are spending time with online streaming i.e. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hotstar to name a few where people are watching their favourite series & movies on it. As a birthday surprise to the lead star of Rabb Da Radio 2 aka Simi Chahal Omjee star studios broke the news that 'Rabb Da Radio 2' will be releasing today on Amazon Prime Video today as a gift to her. Rabb Da Radio 2 was produced by Manpreet Johal and Ashu Munish Sahni under the vanners of Vehli Janta films and Omjee Group respectively. Directed by Sharan Art the film's script was penned by Jass Grewal.
