Varun Dhawan, who made his Bollywood debut with the film Student of the Year in 2012, is one of the most famous Bollywood actors of recent times. In his 8-year film career, Varun became a favourite hero on the big screen and also gaining massive fan-following on social media. Recently, Varun Dhawan expressed his excitement on crossing 30 million followers on Instagram.

In the year 2018, the actor was featured in the Indian edition of 'GQ magazine' where he got listed in the nation's 50 most influential young people and labelled as the "most bankable star of his generation".

On the movie front, Varun Dhawan was last seen in Remo D'Souza's 'Street Dancer 3D' and for now, he is waiting for the release of his next film 'Coolie No 1' opposite Sara Ali Khan, directed by David Dhawan. The movie also stars Paresh Rawal, Javed Jaffrey, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav in the pivotal roles.
