'Devdas', a 2002 film that is based on the 1917 Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay's novel 'Devdas' that starred Superstar Shahrukh Khan as 'Devdas' and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as 'Paro' in the lead roles. It is one of the best films ever made in the history of Indian cinema as it got insane love and popularity at international level also. The film was produced by Bharat Shah and was the most expensive Bollywood film ever produced, with a reported budget of ₹50 crores at the time of its release. Devdas also gained recognition for all its iconic songs like 'Dola re Dola', 'Maar Dala' and "Silsila Ye Chahat Ka" on which our feet dance even today.
