We had informed you about Karan Johar`s next venture to be directed by his young assistant Nikhil Advani that was to star Abhishek Bachchan. Well, you must also remember how Bachchan`s flops had compelled Karan to rethink Abhishek`s casting and move on to Vivek Oberoi to play the lead. But hey here`s more dope! Newcomer Vivek Oberoi, who is eagerly awaiting his debut Company`s release, is rumoured to have not only demanded a grand price but also a change in the script much to Karan Johar`s chagrin.

The director dropped him like a hot potato and roped in Saif Ali Khan instead. After having bagged the Best Supporting Actor Award for Dil Chahta Hai the junior Nawab of Patuadi is considered to be a "Saif" bet! Shah Rukh Khan is supposed to have considered this two hero film but nothing is official as he hasn`t signed the dotted line yet.
