In a recent development to SSR's death case, Sushant's father KK Singh has filed an FIR against Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty putting some serious allegations. Meanwhile, the FIR against Rhea has been filed under sections 340 (wrongful confinement), 342 ( punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 306 (abetment of suicide) of the IPC. Sushant's father KK Singh has demanded a proper investigation on the matter of Sushant's death and suicide case.
