According to DGP of Bihar, Gupteshwar Pandey, who is currently working on the aforementioned case, a team of Bihar police went to Mumbai to enquire Rhea Chakraborty (one of the people having a connection with Sushant's death), but unfortunately, we're not able to locate her.
Although, the team of four Bihar police officials have met many people connected with this case to file statements and list includes Sushant's sister Shweta Singh, his ex-love affair Ankita Lokhande, some of the colleagues and friends, even his cook regarding the case. His lawyer, moreover, who handles his bank account has also been inquired. Surprisingly, DGP has stated that Rhea has not been located yet.
As the blaze of this case is igniting fires of handing the investigation over to CBI, so DGP (Mr Pandey) has given words to be watched regarding the capabilities of Bihar police to have calibre and tactics both to get this case solved soon. However, Pandey also admitted that if the late actor's family would wish to hand over this case to CBI, it will be also followed.
Even many allegations have been imposed on Rhea, for which the DGP said that they are only trusting the proofs and doing the mandatory. When asked about the allegations outside the judiciary, he said "we have registered the complaint filed by the late actor's father and would do whatever is required. Which is proved by the Bihar police already by immediately starting the enquiry."
As, Rhea has also approached the Supreme Court to get this case shifted from Patna to Mumbai, hence Mr Gupteshwar Pandey said that police would follow the orders of the apex court that will be delivered on the hearing of the case on 5th of August. Even. If required one of the IPS rank officers would be sent to have words regarding this case with Rhea, who is now allegedly absconding."
Patna and Mumbai police both are not leaving any stone unturned, and working day and night to give justice to the late talented actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his family.
