The erstwhile blue eyed boy of Zee TV, Gajendrra Singh has struck again with his own creation yet another time to prove his mettle on musical shows after 'Antakhshari', which is being telecast on Star One.

Singh has announced 'Star Voice of India- Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Dha Ni Sa' as his new vehicle for Star Plus and as expected the team of judges remains the same as before on Zee.

This time too the host is Shaan who was earlier speculated to be close to Zee. However, Zee which is yet to confirm its show's (Saregama) host and was banking on Shaan till date is suddenly taken aback by Singh's announcement of his team.

According to a spokesperson from the Zee, the channel has shortlisted three names for the host of 'Sa Re Ga Ma' but is yet to arrive on a decision for the final name. Sources close to the channel informs this correspondent that at present there are two front runners – Aditya Narayan, son of veteran playback singer Udit Narayan and another playback singer Babul Supriyo, for the coveted role.

While a source close to Babul has confirmed the news of Zee approaching the singer for the anchor's job, Deepa Narayan, mother of Aditya Narayan has approved the query of this correspondent.

Narayan says, "The show's director, Santosh Shinde had actually come to meet me to sign Aditya as 'Sa Re Ga Ma's' anchor and was very much determined for him."

The proud mother also praises her son and informs us that, 'Aditya has just returned after completing his graduation from UK and has successfully secured three distinctions in his western music course from the reputed Vocal Tech music school.' However Narayan states, "We have to think twice before landing any decision for our son's career. I hope by next month you will be informed about any such news."

After being successful with a new comer like Himani as 'Antakshari's anchor, Zee's strategists are very much keen for Aditya given his telegenic personality. He has already achieved success as a child playback singer as well as actor.

As the show is also very much targeted towards young talent of the country Aditya's appeal may very much add to the channel's hope of getting successful again without the original creator of the popular show.
