Meanwhile, Sushant's family has demanded a CBI inquiry in his death case from the Bihar government. Sushant's father KK Singh filed an FIR against Sushant's girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, under several sections of the Indian Penal Code. Reacting to which, Rhea filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding the transfer of SSR's death case to Mumbai Police.
