The handloom sector is one of the major symbols of the cultural heritage of India and with the motive of saving Indian heritage every year August 7th, is celebrated as National Handloom Day. On this special day, Bollywood celebrities also shared pictures of themselves wearing handloom sarees on social media. Fans are also loving their favourite star's traditional avatar and appraising the celebs for promoting Indian handlooms.

Janhvi Kapoor shared a picture of herself wearing her mother's saree on Instagram and captioned it, "Today is National Handloom Day! This is my most favourite and most special handloom saree.
