Meanwhile, after SSR's death case being transferred to CBI on the request of Bihar government, CBI filed an FIR against Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her five family members under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Rhea also went to the ED office recently to record her statement on the case.
