Aamir Khan's fans are waiting for his much-awaited film 'Laal Singh Chaddha', which was set to be released on Christmas 2020. But now it has been delayed by an entire year and will be released on 2021 Christmas Eve. Due to the corona virus and its protocol, the shooting of the film had to be stopped.

On Monday, trade analyst Taran Adarsh took his Twitter handle to make the announcement and tweeted, `NEW RELEASE DATE... #LaalSinghChaddha - starring #AamirKhan and #KareenaKapoorKhan - will now release on #Christmas2021... Costars #MonaSingh... Directed by Advait Chandan... Produced by #AamirKhan, #KiranRao and #Viacom18Studios.` Check out his tweet here -

On Monday, pictures of Aamir in Turkey emerged online. The actor is reportedly planning to recommence filming there. The photos showed Aamir posing with fans, wearing a blue face mask.

'Laal Singh Chaddha' is a comedy-drama film directed by Advait Chandan and produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. The film is loosely based on the American drama film `Forrest Gump` (1994), which was inspired by Winston Groom's book with the same name. It stars Aamir Khan in the title role, with Kareena Kapoor, Vijay Sethupathi (who is making his Hindi film debut), and Mona Singh in pivotal roles.
