The case of fake social media followers, in which famous rapper and singer, Badshah was investigated, has moved forward towards scrutiny. Earlier, the singer was questioned twice by the Crime Branch, as it was suspected that he is the part of a larger global fraud racket to make fake performance stats such as followers, views and comments.

Now according to the report of ANI, the Criminal Intelligence Unit (CIU), Mumbai has summoned Badshah and sent him a notice to be present before August 20th. Let's check out the news here -

Even on July 14th, the Mumbai Police had busted an international racket that involves the creation of fake profiles on social media to do other fraudulent activities on social media marketing business.
