After CBI took over the probe into Sushant Singh Rajput's death case on Friday, rumours of Mahesh Bhatt being hospitalised in the Nanavati hospital are doing the rounds on the internet.

It was rumoured that the veteran filmmaker was rushed to the hospital after complaining of chest pain. However, a member of Bhatt's family told Bombay times that the director is all well and has not been hospitalized.

Another source told BT, `People spreading false information is uncalled for. He is doing fine and hasn't been rushed anywhere. He is hale and hearty. People need to be careful about what they write. There's too much viciousness on social media. No one wants to check facts before spreading gossip.`

Mahesh Bhatt will be making his directorial comeback with Sadak2, a sequel to 1993 film Sadak that stars Alia Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles.

However, the trailer received a negative response on Youtube ever since it hit the platform. The trailer of Sadak2 became the 2nd most disliked trailer in the world with 11 million dislikes after beating Justin Bieber's song 'Baby'.
