Fondly called JP, Jaya Prakash Reddy was born in Sirvel, of Kurnool district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. He came into the limelight with the feature film Samarasimha Reddy where he played the role of 'Veera Raghava Reddy' and also acted as the villain in the hit film 'Jayam Manade Raa' and 'Chennakesava Reddy'. Apart from villain roles, JP also acted in several comedy films. Well, Telugu cinema and theatre has lost a gem today with the demise of Jaya Prakash Reddy.
