An Indian film director, writer, editor, producer, actor known for his works in Hindi cinema Anurag Kashyap turned 48 today. He is the recipient of several accolades, including National awards and known for his contributions to the film industry with his renowned films such as  'Paanch', 'Black Friday', 'No Smoking', 'Gangs of Wasseypur' series and more. On his birthday, many Bollywood celebs have wished the filmmaker on his special day but talking about his fans, then they have found a funny way to wish their favorite filmmaker.

Talking about his work on the digital platform, Anurag has co-directed India's first Netflix Original series along with Vikramaditya Motwane, the crime thriller 'Sacred Games', based on Vikram Chandra's novel of the same name.

Apart from directing and producing critically acclaimed films, Anurag Kashyap has also acted in films like 'Akira' and 'Imaikkaa Nodigal' and given cameo performances in 'Luck by Chance', 'Dev.D', 'Gulaal', Bhoothnath Returns and among others.
