Jason Momoa says that his casting in Frosty the Snowman was falsified in an attempt to distract from Ray Fisher's allegations against Warner Bros.

Jason Momoa has spoken up about being cast in Warner Bros.' live-action Frosty the Snowman, saying the announcement came as a way to distract from Ray Fisher's ongoing allegations of mistreatment on the set of Justice League. Momoa portrays Aquaman in the DCEU, where he starred in his own solo film and co-starred with Fisher and many others in Justice League. Momoa has also played Khal Drogo on Game of Thrones, as well as Ronon Dex on Stargate Atlantis.

Momoa's criticism of Warner Bros. comes amidst Fisher's allegations against the studio. Fisher, who plays Cyborg in the film, claimed on July 29 that Joss Whedon, who took over the film after Zack Snyder exited for familial reasons, engaged in a string of abusive behavior on set. Two days later, on July 1, Fisher followed up this statement, saying Whedon's behavior was enabled by producer Jon Berg and former DC Entertainment head Geoff Johns. Barely an hour after Fisher tweeted about Berg and Johns, Warner Bros. sent out a press release stating that Momoa would star in a live-action Frosty the Snowman film produced by Berg, Johns, and several others.

Although Ray Fisher's claims are under investigation, Warner Bros. is vehemently claiming any wrongdoing occurred on the set of Justice League, with representatives stating that Fisher hasn't provided any evidence of misconduct. Fisher, in turn, has pushed back against this and has continued to post on Twitter with updates regarding the investigation. For now, it seems Ray Fisher has a difficult battle ahead of him. However, it's also clear that he has the firm support of many of his cast members, who are there to stand beside Fisher no matter the storm to come.
