Karishma was last seen in the biographical movie Sanju along with Ranbir Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Paresh Rawal, Anushka Sharma, and Dia Mirza. The movie was the biopic of an actor Sanjay Dutt, directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani.

The actress will next be seen in some thriller action situation in an Indian stunt reality television series based on the American series the TV show Khatron Ke Khiladi season 10 which is an Indian stunt reality television series based on the American series Fear Factor. The show will be hosted by Rohit Shetty and will go on air on 22 February 2020.
